when I watched Nicktoons, that was the craziest & best cartoon there. Thanks Nickelodeon, Klusky Czupo, John Kriegsfalusi.

R&S kinda had was the best animated post modern humor shows of 90s. I see they were influenced by japanese animation techniques, such as showing single detailed shots of emotions. great ost. it felt like canadian anime on steroids. it covers topics of hyper realism, existentialism.
Krigsfaluzi is Kafka of animation.

the first two seasons hold up incredibly well…episodes i always return to are nurse stimpy, space madness, stimpy's invention, stimpy's cartoon show, ren's brain
i like the episodes with a more sciencey-fictiony gross horror tinge to them…
The show at times feels like a homage to golden age cartoons, that's nice! and hits points of humor that you don't see often with cartoons from the time, or even cartoons now; cathartic
it's clear that they were trying to set a good precedent for the revival of creator-driven cartoons with this, a lot of care went into early ren and stimpy and it shows
the expressiveness is also nice, it's fluid and natural, not so forced;stiff;repetitive like the cartoons inspired by it

A Visit to Anthony is a good one that hasn't been mentioned yet. Anthony's Dad is hilarious and one of the most personal touches by John K., since he's basically his own dad.

Is there a definitive complete uncut version of this show out there? Ive been rewatching some of it and it got me curious.
I got burned on the "uncensored" dvd release back in the day and never hear anything about it these days.

This is ridiculous, how is it that the old orange nick vhs tapes are less censored than the dvds and rebroadcasts?
The rebroadcasts on spike lacked a bunch of scenes and sound effects for whatever reason i dont know.
Here is an example:

Just constantly reaffirming the notion that people now dont get the same product of experience we had with anything and cannot possibly appreciate it the same because of it.

there actually is a soulseek for android through. it's called seeker. you can look it up on the play store or somewhere else. for iOS users…you may need to do a lot of searching and setting up.
