I'm relatively new to touhou. But I 1cc cleared PCB and IN within the same week, recently. I know those are the easiest games, but it felt good.

What entry should I try next? I heard MoF was also easy.

I'd say mountain of faith is a pretty good game to get into after those ones. It is fairly easy, and is a pretty good way of getting your bearings on the new engine.

I just cleared touhou 17 on normal. This makes it the seventh mainline game I've 1cc'd. Maybe I should start playing them on hard mode??

I got distracted from attempting Hard 1cc in FW and haven't touched the game in a while now. I ought to go back cause I made a habit of clearing the Hard mode before Extra.

MoF is fine. Since the two games following it are considered pretty hard, you could do EoSD and PoFV afterwards, or jump straight into EoSD if you're feeling daring.

the only game i have already routed and practiced enough for LNB is also the game i hate the most, so probably not anytime soon

i hate this game so much. everything the game does feels like it was made to piss off the player on purpose. oh you bombed? TOO BAD! there's one tile left in a hard to reach location on the screen and you gotta fiddle with the yin yang orb or waste another bomb. oh, and then the game yells at you to hurry up and starts firing more pellets all over the screen as if hitting that last tile wasn't annoying enough already! fuck HRtP. I like challenge, otherwise i never would have got into Touhou, but HRtP isn't the good type of challenge, it's like the game was made to troll people. no wonder ZUN hates Mima and the PC-98 era, because it reminds him of this shitty game
