is there a tip to sort of correctly sumamrize or predict motions in animation like small subtles follow through or overlaps basically all the motion that naturally defines an action like in reality but correctly summarize into a sentence and such so to be recreated correctly

the exact amounts, and position(also, directions, orientations) in 3d space
in proportions to the complete act itself

i figured already it follows the law of physics and newton's gravity, weight and speed which makes for distance and time

but after that the rest is not very clearly at all or more over it's not detailed enough for animation
