A boss battle theme from Ar Tonelico 3, it's one of my favourite jrpg-songs from a game I haven't even played

I've been listening to a lot of NMH, especially Naomi.
It's such a slept on song in my opinion :3
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fm8yRR8ASTA&pp=ygUNbmFvbWkgbmV1dHJhbA%3D%3D

>>401
Forgot I had an MP3 version of the song lolz

>>390
Oh yeah, Ar Tonelico in general has fantastic music.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nFdRhJpUKt0 - this is my favorite from AT3

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G8YOoQ-Py88 - this final boss music from AT2 is probably my series favourite

>>405
Wow those are also beautiful. I'm coming from the Atelier series, especially the Dusk-series and the soundtrack just blew me away. I'll definitely play the AT series as the idea about music being power(I think) is an awesome idea.

Ayesha immediately turned into one of my favourite Soundtracks ever, because of songs like this one:

No matter what version, Yume no Naka e never fails to cheer me up
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yWv19QIb1Lw

>>370
What's the source of the remixed version? Sounds like an 8bit rendition with a Miku-esque voice over it. >>370

If you download the file, it has the tags in it:
Artist: momo-i
Title: R-R-R-Russian Roulette
Album: FAMISON 8BIT STAGE2

Just recently discovered this. I guess it has a contentious history as being supposedly lost media from 2000 unearthed in 2016 in some obscure cd store, and people have been fiercely debating for and against the validity of the story. Still sounds great either way.

I really like Falco. And Oingo Boingo, I'll add one Falco and one Oingo Boingo song here :)
Egoist is a pretty good Falco song
Wolverine is a, sadly, unreleased Oingo Boingo song that was played live (at an unknown place, they say, but I could've sworn I KNEW where they recorded it) so the only version of it is a live version.

I've been really enjoying this march that I recently discovered.

I heard this on the Wapchan Radio, it's pretty catchy: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U9CD2gSGkmk

Here's a Dancing Fantasy piece I've always found calming. It's not one that was sampled on Floral Shoppe either.

let's start the year on a good note! here's 'Brand New Day', a fun and healing jazz song! plus, i took the time to find a high quality version of this song, so i hope you enjoy! https://files.catbox.moe/86y6dn.mp4
>>599
it's a calming song, but it's a bit cheesy and slow for my taste. i prefer songs with more energy, but i do like the jazz feeling. here's another one!

>>746
>it's a calming song, but it's a bit cheesy and slow for my taste
The cheesiness is one of the things I like about it. It reminds me of something you'd hear in an N64 game.

>>512
How nostalgic, as someone from Austria I haven't heard that Falco song in ages, it was on the radio all the time when I was a child.

Gotta be one of the strangest things I've heard but I kinda like it

Is this slowed down hardtek? Interesting.

>>1411
Do you like it?

>>1413
Nice!

>>1412
I want to like it, it has good parts, but the beat gets interrupted way too often. I am not sure if the songs are like this or it's just badly mixed.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=As0eZrmOqXk&list=RDMMbRxsgVksCDE&index=3
I found this great piece randomly in Japan years ago because I loved the albumcover

>>1421
really cool! for some reason, it feels familiar. i'm not sure why...
>>1423
cute. i like the echoes... :3

techno SUCKS!

An intriguing, obscure Under17 song from the 2003 eroge "Fake" by Witch. I'm very curious about the uploader's statement about the possibility of there being a longer version, but I haven't found anything myself.

>>1436
I like this!

Okay, so I was at a thrift store when I saw a record and the cover art was tantalizing.

Best $2.50 spent on a band alleged to be The Beatles reuniting under a pseudonym: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pVX9Lbv7Lfo

>>3174
cool album! reminds me of karma chameleon…

Hey, cheeky friend! Thanks for responding. I don't know if you want to bother with me, but it's been a while since I met somebody sort of aligned with my tastes, so I'll respond anyway.
>I don't listen to the super hard stuff, but I don't want to leave you without recommendations. Maybe you will like some of these:
I did not yet give any of them full listens, but just skimming parts made me want to make a few notes.
It reminded me of https://darkdescentrecords.bandcamp.com/album/death-endless-nothing-and-the-black-knife-of-nihilism What do you think?
I like it very much. Enjoyable. I can't even immediately put in anything like this. Maybe https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xcxjgZULENQ ?
This one is too happy sounding, keyboards and generally these merry sounding melodies cause major cognitive dissonance for me. Don't like.

Hey, cheeky friend! Gave >>3299 full listens and both albums are enjoyable. Very different mood in them, but they both worked very well where I "applied" them. Very good. Thank you. You're a life saver.

>>3308
I'm glad you liked them!

>>3299
I don't think I would have called Elderwind happy sounding, but you do have a point. I started listening to the Adversarial album but the drum is so badly mixed it's annoying… I might give it a second chance later.

>>3326
>but the drum is so badly mixed it's annoying
Eeh? The drums are why I liked it, for some reason.

Welp, today I just bought a high end IEM earphone and guess what, I really love it so much.
The detail of the music and vocal is very clear. All the tiny details in the music I could hear them all and it is really enjoyable. I'm gonna post some links of cover song list that I love to listen with my new earphone.

Also to Kindmin, if you dont mind if I post a message to my favorite vocalist in public? I am behind vpn and my internet connection cannot access their fanbox.

>>3341
I don't mind your message at all, but there's two posts. I'll remove the 2nd one.

>>3341
Do they visit /kind/, then?

>>3345
I don't know, but linking her videos here might add ups into their analytic link stats. Hopefully she would curious enough to find out this place based from the analytic data.

>>3341
those sound like cool earphones… what brand and model are they? and how much did they cost?

uhh… youtube does that?

>uhh… youtube does that?

As far I could recall, every youtube video distributor have an ability to see their analytic stats of where their videos were linked from. So yeah, there's an option to see that result.

Actual tune starts at about 40 seconds in

>>3359
what the fuck dude you could buy full sized earblasters for such a huge price!

I was just reminded of this, hope you like

>>3362
good song. do you like j-jazz?
>>3359
whoa… how do earbuds even cost that much? o_O i've got good earphones for ten bucks!

>>3361
>>3365
Anon you don't understand. This earbud has been more than a dacade old when it was first release. The price haven't change that much ever since. You know why, because it's really that good. For someone who really care about details of sound quality like in bass drum or snare, or even overall musical instruments and vocal dynamics, this is the best thing you could listen with. It's an earbud that is meant for sound auditing like in a real studio. It's also comes with 4 additional nozzles which gives sound signature of its own in each of them. For instance if I don't like the default sound signature maybe because the bass is too loud for my taste, I could just switch to another nozzle that have different setup in the bass. No need to modify the eq manually, everything is tuned into perfection.

>>3341

>>3329
Maybe it's just my sound system or my decaying hearing that after years of abuse at loud concerts is not that sharp anymore, but to me the snare drum sounds way too loud to the point that other things are barely audible anymore.

>>3373
good song. nice rainbow…

>>3372
this video is p great
i lost count of how many times i jacked off to it

>>3393
Well it's a pretty noisy album. I like that drums are not somewhere in the background. The way they mix with the guitar noise makes me relax.

Vibing to the Osaka week music that's embedded on every page.

>>3456
tbh same it's like i'm back in 2008

>>3460
cool songs. kotoko's uzu-maki album's pretty good too…

>>3510
Oh, I wasn't aware of this.

Happy Easter, /kind/.

>>4068
Oh, I love this one! "No Party for the Cat" is pretty fun too.

>>4106
God tier album.

I think the non-literal truth that music and poetry inspires is the most important relationship a person has with the world. I'm emotionally moved into action and not motivated by much else, personally.

Here is a nice lofi remix for you guys. :>

soothing song for the soul

>>4685
isomers is a cool song… thanks. what do you think about natural sounds?
>>4837
gud. what anime is that?

>>4845
I don't know what natural sounds are. Hearing birds chirp is neat, I guess.

>>4845
Why do you bring up natural sounds?

>>4845
Shakugan no Shana.

>>4847
>I don't know what natural sounds are…
like outdoor sounds! like this one… https://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm26471600

>>4848
well, >>4685 said "music/poetry is the most important relationship a person has with the world". nature sounds are pretty relaxing, and connect you with the outside world too! they pair well with some quiet BGM on…

>>4859
The lyrics of that song are what I mean. Ultimately rain is just noise, it only has meaning if you have memories and things that make it something that isn't just sound.

I just now rediscovered this band. I used to listen to them an awful lot in high school, this album and "In the Unlikely Event" particularly.

Remember to take the time to remind yourself that you're present within now.

>>4961
nice!!

>>5569
Not unless it was changed, no.

>>5576
Not sure what problems you're having. What kind of file is it?

>>5577
NTA, but I told you about a weird chromium bug on /digi/, the wandering thread. Still persists. Maybe he was confused by it? There's a bunch of people new to imageboards here, who are not yet used to some inherent technical quirks.

https://youtu.be/840a6vy1HIs

this album is amazing
i just want more people to hear it…

>>5611
Combined filesize limit for 1-3 files is 25mb to prevent someone from trying to flood the site with junk data. I'll re add this to the post form so people know

Kind of drawn into vibraphone jazz lately. My taste of music has shifted into instrumental now. I wonder why?

Ripped some live recordings of Tatsuro Yamashita from youtube before they were deleted.
