One of the few anime that made me tear up, Oshi no Ko! (The other two were Toradora and Grisaia, FYI)
What's everyone's general consensus? I feel like a lot of people are dropping it, and as a manga reader, I do understand, but I feel I owe it to stay on Aka's wild ride (…and I do feel this was a relatively predictable ending, honestly)…

I've only watched the anime. I liked season 1 a lot, but lost interest during the theater performance part of last season. I just thought it looked silly with the whole emotions showing through their acting thing.

I went into it completely blind and I really enjoyed it, I was hooked and watched the two seasons, I then knew I wanted more of it and read the manga, which I was also hooked on
I was sad for a day after reading the final 20 something chapters
I really liked the reincarnation angle from Aqua's POV, I wish there was more of it and I also enjoyed the slice of life stuff with Aqua and Ruby in the later parts of the manga, I wish there was more of it too but there's lots of fanart to fill that void

Not my usual genre but I'm reading Kitchen no Ohimesama at the moment. Enjoying it well enough so far. Mostly just in it for the baking aspect (although the art is very cute).

Rewatching Princess Tutu, I loved it the first time around and wanted to experience it for a second time, though in all honesty I'm not ready to be sad again.

right now I'm watching Idol Precure and Princession

I was watching Futari wa but got distracted by watching VOTOMS. I love Nagisa.

>>89 I remember this manga! I read it at the local library when I was much younger and remember it being pretty decent. Does it still hold up?

Taking a shot in the dark here to see if anybody might be able to lead me in the right direction.
Im trying to find complete raw in any video format of the original broadcast version of the Hellsing TV anime. If you are not familiar with what that is the show originally had many scenes redone for what i guess was more "consistentcy" after it aired and for home release. This isnt about what is better just interested in something complete to watch.
I found a few random episodes here and there but not the whole show complete or unsubbed/dubbed.
Obviously some sub groups back in the day had them for their uploads but those groups are all dead and gone, nyaa doesnt seem to have it and all the resources i use to look for older stuff has dried up.

I don't know if this is much help. But there's this Youtuber called Johnny Joestar who worked on making remasters of some of Ishii's unreleased tracks for Hellsing (i.e. Golden Ball Heaven) and he even collaborated with Ishii to make some original tracks.
Anyhow a while back he did a comparison video of the old broadcast footage and the final version. And in a followup video he mentioned that the broadcast footage was on Japanese DVDs before the "Rescript" versions. And that a youtuber named Shockwave984
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g3nvXEz2MXA
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W0X7bCwE9aE
However, unfortunately, some people in the comments mention that this DVD doesn't actually contain broadcast footage, and it only appears this way due to the fact that the promotional art of the DVD uses screencaps from the broadcast footage.
So unfortunately, the broadcast footage might be lost media. I definitely remember seeing the old footage used in some AMVs and it's how Johnny Joestar got a lot of his footage, but I don't know if we'll ever find the full uncut versions of every episode. You might have better luck with the Lost Media Wiki.

Thanks for the reply.
As you can see in >>502 for the rescript releases they came out right after the series ended its initial broadcast run. This is the earliest release out of all the domestic and foreign releases of Hellsing TV.
However, they definately dont contain the broadcast version.
All the broadcast episodes i found on Veoh by dead fansubbers right before it died so if there was any more there its gone now.
Such a shame really.

Then yeah, unfortunately it would seem that you'd have better luck going to the Lost Media Wiki and asking there given how good their track record is at finding stuff like this. There is a chance someone might have the episodes in their hard drive somewhere, I think it's the best/last shot for now.
Part of me wants to say that there's a chance that some obscure Hellsing fansite has it. But at the same time, I think Hellsing's popularity in the west only really got traction after the Rescript DVD already released, so that's the only thing that makes me think otherwise. But still worth a shot. Plus given we have documentation like AMVs and comparison images ( >>372 )
and whatnot, I think there's definitely SOME chance someone still has all the broadcast era episodes. I know it's pretty redundant to mention, but I think these are the only possible leads I can think of.
The other last (but unlikely) possibility is some of the foreign fansubs. Since I am fluent in Italian, I could also try looking into some Italian sites regarding the Knights fansub group mentioned before, but I doubt I'll find much. But I'll also try and see if I can find anything there, even if I think it'll probably be a dead-end.

When i looked into it i believe soldats was the only group that fansubbed all 13 episodes. The eastern european groups i found episodes of had soldats on them so they subbed over their rips.
I believe knights only did the first one and stopped.

Sia's route wasn't that interesting to me but I found her quite charming. Her and Kikyou were both pretty cute.

Last series I read was Billy Bat, looking for something new to read

MODS!

i actually kinda liked this one, alas it must perish like the rest of them…

Quite an underrated show, lots of nice drawings with thick lines

Gals that are super, if I had to guess.

>>678
Shoujo manga adaptation about gals and their two male friends and the main character's family. The main character is from a family of police officers so she has a strong sense of justice and helps the character of the day. Very funny show with good colors

It's cool seeing a work about Gals from a shoujo perspective.

I've played a bit in Mahjong Soul, and I hate to admit it, but I just don't find it fun enough to dedicate the time it would require to get good. It'd be one thing if I was learning along with my friends and we played together, but all that effort just to play against voiceless randos…?

>>48
I know how to play, but I don't know how to remain consistent on my decision making. A few years ago I only ever played mahjong all day everyday, until I burnt myself out and got depressed.
Nowadays I can play 1 or 3 games in a good form depending of how long they last, going for more just makes me mentally crumble. Because of this, and that I only ever play mahjong whenever I remember I have a mahjong soul account, I have no desire to actually improve beyond my skill level.

Pon no Michi thread?

Enough to get the Yakuza achievements. I should play more but i'm busy chasing other vices like Terraria skyblock.
